Humboldt's Winter Market is Starting to Thaw

As is tradition, Humboldt's seasonally frigid real estate market is showing signs that things are beginning to thaw. I've heard several whispers around the office of new listings coming soon, and they all share a similar thread, the owners want to wait until Spring warms up before listing their property. This happens every year over our winter months as the active buyer pool dries up from holiday spending and obligations, as well as fewer seasonal work opportunities. months until inventory thickens and the climate becomes a little friendlier. I do think the rebounding market will have a slower progression than the previous few years given the rate hikes we experienced over the past 12 months.
