2022 WNOP Leadership Retreat
The 2022 WNOP Leadership Retreat will occur April 6-8, 2022 in the Chapel at UPCI World Headquarters in Weldon Spring, Missouri. The event theme is “Make Him KNOWN.” Prayer leaders from across America will gather to participate in this focal event. This retreat is designed to greater equip and provide distinct direction in the ministry of prayer.
This year we will have a youth-oriented focus, with main speaker Jeremy Stafford, UPCI Youth Ministries Secretary. There will be leaders and students from Urshan College and Missouri Youth attending and involved in the agenda as we endeavor to greater impact our Youth through prayer ministry training and youth prayer advancement! We will reinforce that prayer is a vital force in every home, community, church, locality, etc., including every prayer ministry and youth ministry that works together to make a transformational difference in the kingdom of God!
Join us in prayer for the great success of this event. It is going to be an amazing time of training and empowerment!

DEFINING PRAYER!
There are three parts to the word “Prayer,” according to the original languages the Bible was written in. These are: (worship, intercession, and supplication). While there are vast possibilities in these three words, there is also a correlation between these, the greatest commandment ever given, and the possibility to fulfill the law of love. Through worship we show our love and adoration for God, through intercession we demonstrate compassion, and extend God’s grace to others. Through both intercession and supplication, we can fulfill the law of loving others as ourselves. There are many biblical examples that define prayer. When put into action, prayer fulfills the First Commandment:
-
Worship: (to reverence or adore, do homage, obeisance, bow down). Worship is one of the most definitive words for prayer in the Greek language. Prayer in itself is the primary way to worship God when performed with a pure heart. Daily prayer should always begin and end with worship. God is calling on us to be thankful, and to not be overcome by this fast-paced world and stress. There is depression and suicide rampant in our world today that could be abated with thankfulness. One of the best examples of worship is Abraham’s trip to Mount Moriah. He was willing to give all with a thankful heart, believing that God would make a way for him and Isaac.
-
Intercession: (entreat, meet (together), pray, reach, run). Jesus is our greatest example of an intercessor. He stood in the gap between heaven and hell for us, once and for all, giving us the greatest example of love. When we pray on behalf of another or a situation in intercession, we bear the burden for that person or situation as if it were our own; carrying it to the throne of God. Abraham interceded for Sodom and Gomorrah, and he saved his family. God is calling on believers to take the burden of a lost and dying world, and run with it, straight to His throne.
-
Supplication: (a petition, prayer, request). Supplication is one of the greatest demonstrations of faith towards God, and usually involves desperation. When there is a hopeless situation, God always has a solution, and is an ever-present help in time of need. The widow woman who went continually to the unjust judge, to be avenged of her adversary, is a perfect example of supplication. Like the widow woman, we need to wait on God. And while we wait, we should continue to demonstrate our faith as she did. We must believe that God will answer in His perfect time, when we pray according to His will.
Pray that we incorporate these three important prayer parts. Prayer is so much more than speaking some nice sounding words, and so much more than making our requests known. Prayer is an action word. Daily prayer will transform any life into what God has created and intended for it to be. Many times it is not so much what we are praying that matters, as much as if we are praying. God wants to hear from us, and He wants our lives to be defined by prayer.

The World Network of Prayer Presents
24/7 WATCH: A Year-Round Initiative for 24/7 Prayer
As of January 1, 2022, WNOP launched an annual 24/7 prayer and fasting chain worldwide in coordination with our existing “Year of Prayer.” Each week WNOP is posting a prayer focus as daily prayer for the entire week. Also weekly, a video is posted on the WNOP Facebook Page of a prayer leader and/or minister leading in periodic prayer. We encourage your participation by joining in prayer.
Will you commit and join with others throughout the world in united prayer and fasting? Sign up by committing in your heart unto God that you will consistently set aside a day each week to do some prayer and fasting. WNOP also has partnered with those in local churches who are already a part of a current 24-hour prayer chain. All of these hours of consecration are culminating to help provide a complete mass prayer covering over the entire Church body and to help bring greater success in all that we do in Christ! Together, let’s “watch and pray” and behold great and mighty things in the kingdom of God! Let’s prevail over the enemy with victory and declare, “Not on My Watch!”

POA 90 Day Prayer
For Prodigals and Those Who Love Them
NEVER has there been a greater time in prophecy as now for seeing our prayers answered. DON’T give up or be weary in well doing. WE WILL REAP IF WE FAINT NOT!
“And the Gentiles that are left round about you shall know that I the Lord built the ruined places and planted that which was desolate; I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it” (Ezekiel 36:36, JUB)
Ezekiel 37:12 speaks of them coming out of their cold and dead situations and bringing them back home.
“Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Behold, O my people, I open your graves and will cause you to come up out of your graves and bring you into the land of Israel” (Ezekiel 37:12, JUB).
We are speaking and calling, “COME TO LIFE,” dry bones. Come back to where you first met Jesus! Come home to the kingdom where you belong. You were never meant for Satan’s kingdom. There is only one kingdom for you. Come home! Come home! We will welcome you with the love of Jesus!
HOPE Prayer will begin again on April 1 to pray the book, Prayers For Prodigals...90 Days of Prayers For Your Prodigals by Dr. James Banks. This book is filled with scriptures from the Word of God. We will conclude on June 29.
We’re very excited and in great anticipation. Our beloved prodigals know the signs! They know the scriptures. We can be sure they are watching everything. God has spoken that His Spirit will draw them as we unite in love and prayer. The love and Spirit of God are promised and exampled through the Holy Scriptures. We know them to be faithful and true.
WE ARE ONE. Let us unite to pray, believe, and celebrate together as God answers our prayers!
As in the past, we will post daily posts on Face Book and Instagram @ HOPE2HOPE15 and Don Long and Donald Long. Contact number: 318 442 5541. Please leave a message.
We are available to speak or help launch a Hope Prayer Ministry.
Thank you!
Believing for the harvest!
