LA City Downtown Specific Plan
On June 17, the City Planning Commission (CPC) voted to continue the Downtown Community Plan until August 26. At that time the Council will vote to continue the Downtown Community Plan and new Zoning Code to September 23, 2021, or later. This community plan is critical to housing supply and future production opportunities.
Affordable Energy Options
This past week, an op-ed on energy choice was published in the Southern California News Group newspapers, authored by BIASC CEO, Jeff Montejano. The article emphasized the need for all utility companies to pursue California’s emission goal standards while providing customers with the most affordable options.
