Dear Industry Friends,

The recent worldwide pandemic gave us an opportunity to pause, look back and count our blessings. We were reminded of what’s truly important in life. We learned that meeting clients and industry friends in person can never be taken for granted. We learned how precious it is to just get together with our coworkers in the same space.

Sedona|Clean.Safe.Ready
Sedona has launched Sedona|Safe.Clean.Ready. Over 260 businesses have implemented more than 20 Sedona|Safe.Clean.Ready standards, such as proper social distancing, employee temperature checks, providing hand sanitizer for customers and utilizing personal protective equipment.

All participating businesses are listed on SedonaSafeCleanReady.com along with the safety standards they agree to follow. The site also contains eight safety practices Sedona asks of visitors.

The City of Sedona partnered with the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau on the campaign. City Manager Justin Clifton, recognizes how important it is for Sedona to practice healthy strategies to minimize spread. “We are balancing the need to breathe oxygen into the economy and keeping safe,” Clifton said. “Sedona is tourism dependent, but we are relatively small and more than 100 miles from the nearest major city. Our challenge is to reopen while keeping COVID-19 cases manageable with our local medical infrastructure. Sedona | Safe.Clean.Ready  reflects that balance.”
Mask Up Sedona
To continue to limit the spread of COVID-19, City of Sedona Mayor, Sandy Moriarty, issued a Proclamation of Emergency that all persons five years of age and older must wear a face covering in public where physical distancing is not possible.
Arizona Reopening Information

  6. I'll Leave No Trace and pack out all my trash.
  7. I will discover art in Sedona's galleries, rather than defacing nature's art.
