The Children’s Trust family wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday and our best wishes for the New Year! Please note we will be closed from December 26 through January 2, reopening on January 3. The provider bulletin will resume on Wednesday, January 4.

With the closure, we want to ensure providers receive timely payment. For this to happen, your invoice needs to be approved by December 19. Please submit a complete invoice immediately to get payment before we close. Please take the time to review them carefully, so they are without errors. Regular payments will resume the week of January 9, 2023.

Trust-funded providers, please feel free to continue submitting any outstanding invoices if your offices will be open from December 26 through January 2. However, we will only review or process invoices and payments once our office reopens on January 3.
