From The Office
Member Registration: If you are a member, you have a Shul Cloud account and should have established a login and password. This makes it easier to sign up for any programs, dinners, events, etc. that require a reservation. Non Members or Members that are not logged in will be asked for a captcha, this is in place to protect TBS and our members from fraudulent charges. If you are not logged into your Shul Cloud account, this may prevent you from using mobile devices to register.
Covid-19: In view of the increase in number of Covid-19 cases and related hospitalizations in Florida and the US, a TBS Covid-19 Physician Advisory Committee has been formed. The aim of this committee is to monitor the situation, to keep the congregation informed and to safeguard the health of our congregation. The committee wishes to keep track of the number of TBS members who test positive for Covid-19.
We kindly request that you email Kelly Nester (kelly@tbssrq.org) if you contract Covid-19. This information will be used for statistical purposes ONLY, your name will be kept confidential, and not shared.
2022 End of Year Statement: TBS End of Year Donation Summary Statements have been e-mailed IF we have an e-mail address on file; if not they are “in the mail”. Note that if a payment was made through a 3rd party on your behalf, such as a foundation, it will not appear on the statement - those will be mailed to the address provided at time of donation.
Love our events, programs & dinners? Great!
We need you to adhere to deadlines and properly register for those.
Below are several ways to do that:
- Click on the link in an E-blast
- Click on item on website
- Fill out a paper form (available in the TBS office or in your Messenger) The office appreciates it to keep us running more efficiently.
-
Remember if you share any of our e-blasts and that person “unsubscribes” it unsubscribes YOU! I suggest you direct them to our website as most information is on the site.
Credit Card Use: TBS is now including the credit card convenience fee when you use your credit card for payments & donations. This is to help off-set the fees we are charged for each transaction.
Office Donations: The office can always use bottles of water, copy paper, coffee pods for Keurig, and chocolate!
DEADLINES: Again, please adhere to our deadlines as we have too many programs and events going on to make special exceptions. THANK YOU.
Secure Drop-Box: There is a secured locked box to the left of the office door if you have anything to drop off to the office after regular office hours. This is for letters, payments, suggestions, etc. Please be sure to have your NAME clearly marked on the envelope. If you need an envelope, blank ones are inside the office at the Front Desk Reception counter.
A couple of Save the Dates:
- January 28: Sisterhood Shabbat
- Feb. 3-5: Freund Scholar in Residence Weekend with Dr. Mor Altshuler
-
February 25: Men's Club Shabbat
Thank you, Nancy & your TBS Team!
