We are so excited to be starting our monthly Business Happy Hour series, tonight (February 1st) 5:30-7:30PM at the Yard Pub. Spotlight on Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Center

Discover Haverford welcomes Elevate Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Center, located at 1208 Darby Road, Havertown, PA. This center is owned and operated by Jennifer Brennan, BSN, RN, MSN, CRNP who has been in the healthcare field for 25 years with a background primarily in critical care. Jennifer works under her medical director, Matthew Cahill, MD. Jennifer had a long and robust career in the nursing field, but a few years ago changed course to follow her passion into what she calls "Happy Medicine".

Senior Citizen Discount Program

The Senior Citizen Discount Program is a joint program established by Discover Haverford and the Senior Citizen Advisory Council of Haverford Township. The Senior Citizen Discount Program provides a list of businesses (restaurants, stores, and services) which offer residents ages 65 and older eligible discounts. If you would like your business to be included in the updated brochure, please reach out to Sarah, scazella@hped.org by February 10.

Plastic Bag Ordinance

In April 2022, the Board of Commissioners passed an ordinance to reduce the use of single-use plastics throughout our community. The ordinance has officially gone into effect as of January 2, 2023.
