1/12 - Parent Teacher Conferences 3:15-6:15

1/13 - School SPIRIT Day & Popcorn

1/16 - No School - MLK Jr. Day

1/18 - Skate Night - Harbor Island Resort, Newport

1/19 - 1/2 Day for students - Dismissal at 11:35 AM

1/23-1/27 SPIRIT WEEK - see calendar for theme days

1/28 URI Basketball Game - 2:00 PM




PTG Meeting TUESDAY,

January 10th 6:30 PM IN THE LIBRARY. 

We will be planning Spring Activities!

Please use door C. 


As the colder weather approaches please be sure to dress your child warmly. Arrival and dismissal procedures will rarely change during bad weather and we will go outside for recess whenever possible.


Please be sure to dress your children in weather appropriate clothing and layers. Boots, snow pants, hats and gloves are important for outdoor dress.


We will go out if there is snow on the ground.



SLEDS are allowed at school, but they can't be put on the bus. If you bring your sled to school it must be dropped off and picked up.

NO SLEDS ON THE BUSSES!

PLAY OUT IN THE SNOW AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!!



Students work on Asynchronous work for the remainder of the day


Student work on Special (PE/Health, Art, Music, Library Steam) Asynchronous work that correlate to snowy day fun  Special Activities 


Teachers have small groups for students that need more help with asynchronous  work if needed. (Families should reach out if they feel like their child needs support doing the work.  Please use see-saw or email.) 


Specialists will work with students for extra support if needed (Speech, IEP, ELL, Reading Support) - Families should reach out to teachers through see-saw or email.
