Thursday: Pavilion Bar Open for Special Voting Meeting
A special new member voting meeting is scheduled Thur, Aug 13, 7pm. No other business will be conducted. Frankfurters will be available and required to consume beverages.
6:00 - Pavilion Bar Opens
7:00 - Voting Meeting. 21 member quorum is required to conduct vote.
Outside food is not permitted to be brought on premises.
Masks must be worn at all times unless seated. Practice 6-ft social distancing.
Limited table seating in the bar area, ballroom, and outside deck area.
Moving of tables and chairs is not permitted.
Rules are to protect the health of our members and the Liederkranz as an organization.

Thursday, August 20 - Team Trivia & Sandwiches at the Pavilion:
6:00 - Food and Bar | 6:30 - Trivia begins. All activity will be at the Pavilion. The clubhouse will be closed. Sandwich purchase is required to consume beverages. All transactions (food & beverages) will be rung on one check at the end of the evening. Choice of: Sweet Italian Sausage Sandwich OR Bratwurst Sandwich, served with coleslaw and chips. Friday, August 28 - Bucky's Dinner at the Pavilion: Please note this is a date change from original date of Aug 14.
5:00 - Bar opens | 5:30 - Dinner available. Bucky's menu will feature Beef Brisket with sweet & sour red wine sauce, apples, and raisins OR Grilled Salmon with or without dill sauce. Entrees served with two sides, $15 per serving. Homemade Peach Cobbler served with homemade ice cream, $5 per serving. All activity will be at the Pavilion. The clubhouse will be closed. Purchase of meal is required to consume beverages. All transactions (food & beverages) will be rung on one check at the end of the evening. Look for Bucky's dinner sign-up in next week's email.
RAFFLE NOTICE: Annual Oktoberfest Raffle tickets are in the mail this week. $1,000 top prize! Drawing scheduled Sun, Sept 18. Thank you Snyder Funeral Homes for sponsoring ticket printing.
