Fall is a wonderful time to take a break and refresh. Stretch your body and your mind with mindfulness and movement.
Starting, Sunday, October 3, Create Calm mindfulness instructors will lead a special 4-week series of online classes designed exclusively for ILO self-advocates*. During this series, self-advocates will explore a variety of techniques for rebalancing thoughts and feelings and calming the body.
These classes are designed to optimize the brain-body-breath connection and bring our self-advocates together in a space of growth, healing and support.
These classes are accessible for all ability levels. No prior yoga experience required.
Create Calm is using a Zoom platform for these classes. You can access class from your computer, tablet, or phone. You must register to receive the Zoom Link.
All participants will automatically be muted when joining a class and throughout to keep the class on course. Participants will have an opportunity to unmute their devices and say hello at the end of the class. Please be sure your device is muted during class to avoid sound feedback and distractions. We look forward to seeing you in class soon!
