The Trivium Lunch Program is entirely managed and distributed by our Parent Service Organization volunteers. This program is open to all students, faculty, and staff at Trivium.
Volunteer in the Lunch Room
Sign up as a volunteer to help distribute lunches and receive free lunch from My Hot Lunchbox! (Fingerprint Clearance is required to volunteer). We will be awarding a $5 a day/per person credit to each school. All credits will be applied at the end of each month. Please email us at info@myhotlunchbox.com if you have any questions regarding the credits. Thank you for helping to make the lunch program a success at our school!
Emergency Lunches
Parents, Scholars have a lunch period every full day of school, including all Wednesdays. We know sometimes lunches can be forgotten, and our PSO has a program in place to help with those occasions.
If your scholar does not bring a lunch, they will be provided an emergency lunch consisting of a cheese stick, pretzels, and applesauce. You will receive an invoice from our PSO for $5. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. You may pay through the link provided on the invoice or bring in cash to the front office.
These lunches are truly for those emergency moments when lunch has been forgotten, and are not to be used in lieu of sending your scholar without a lunch. If you do NOT want your scholar to receive an emergency lunch during the school year, it is your responsibility to communicate this desire to your child’s teacher.

Calling all Volunteers!
We would love to have you help out this year, but you MUST have Raptor clearance before volunteering on campus.

and click on “complete and submit a volunteer application” to complete the process. The cost is $5 and it only takes a few minutes.

Health Office Updates
Dear Archway Trivium East Families,
I hope everyone had a great summer! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am Rachael Mann, and I will be the school nurse for ATE. I have been a nurse in pediatrics for the past two years and am excited to continue my passion of working with children in a school setting. As I continue to gear up for the year, there are a few forms I do need parents to complete and send back to me. You can find most of the forms I require on the Archway Trivium East Health Office webpage.
If your child has MEDICATIONS that need to be given (this includes daily medications, as needed medications (PRN), both over the counter (OTC) and prescription) please complete the medication form. I will need you to bring the form in with the medication. The medication needs to be unopened, and in its original packaging.
If your child has ASTHMA: Please complete the "asthma care plan".
If your child has ALLERGIES: I will need you to complete the "food allergies care plan". Your child will eat at a "Nut free table", unless a waiver is signed stating that you will allow your child to sit at non-nut free table and acknowledge that he/she may be exposed to nut allergens. For this form, please contact me. If you completed this form last year, I would need you to complete it again.
If your child has ANY OTHER MEDICAL conditions, please contact me so I can provide you with the appropriate paperwork.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comment, and/or concerns. I look forward to meeting and working with you all.
Let's have a great year!
Rachael Mann, B.S.N, RN
Archway Trivium East School Nurse
