(October 2, 2020) The Skokie Park District continues in Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan. The following are reminders and updates for this week.
|
On Stage! The Sounds of Hope
Devonshire Park / October 3, 4, 10 & 11
An original outdoor variety show for our time, the Devonshire Playhouse directorial team worked with local actors to select music, dance and stories that will lift our community with messages of hope amidst this challenging time of social distancing, masks, social injustice and concern for the well-being of ourselves, our family and friends.

Halloween fun in October
Every year the Skokie Park District rolls out several Halloween events for the whole family to enjoy during the month of October.
This year, we have upped our game and are now offering 18 unique Halloween-themed events, with strict COVID-19 guidelines in place for all activities.
To sponsor a Halloween event, call (773) 569-1208.

'Go! Skokie' scores!
Keep moving this fall and winter
September's 'Go! Skokie' program was a grand success, with more than 280 people committing to improve their health by walking, running, spinning, and much more, for at least 30 minutes per day.
Thanks to all participants and look for a potential reboot of the program sometime in the near future.
Stay healthy. Move every day for 30 minutes!
