Ditesco Newsletter
It’s hard to believe we are entering our 17th year in business! From starting Ditesco on my dining room table in 2006 to a company that employs over 30 talented staff, our path has been filled with great people, great clients, and great projects. I look across our landscape and see many projects that have created a better place to live, work, and play. More importantly, I see growth in careers, families, and relationships.

As I look ahead to 2023 and beyond, I see a strong company that has significantly invested in its people and community. We are now part of a larger family in ESP Associates, but that has not changed who we are and how we do business. This relationship has strengthened our abilities and provided more opportunities. We are excited to forge our next path continuing our project delivery in water, broadband, infrastructure, and community-focused projects. This is who we are.

I hope you will continue with us on this journey!

From our team to yours,

Ditesco is the Construction Manager for the City of Loveland’s $2.4M admin building remodel. The project is a full remodel of the old chemical storage and controls building, first constructed in 1971. We are pleased to work with the City of Loveland, VFLA, and Bryan Construction to bring much-needed improvements to the administration area of the plant! Construction is slated to be completed in the spring of 2023.

The Town of Mead is converting its 1920's Bean Plant into a new Community Center. To honor the facility's history, they are salvaging items on-site and maintaining the historic aesthetic of the facility in the new construction. Our team is excited to partner with the Town of Mead and Essenza Architecture on this effort. Demolition of the existing Bean Plant was completed in December. The new Community Center design is in progress, with hopes of bidding out the construction later this year. Ditesco is providing project management and owner's representative services throughout the project.

Ditesco worked alongside Russel + Mills Studios on this revitalization project. Our team prepared design documents that covered urban, utility, drainage, and lighting design and managed construction.
City of Greeley Fiber Audit
Ditesco partnered with InVision GIS and Backbone Fiber Systems to conduct a complete audit of the City of Greeley's fiber network. Ditesco developed a GIS schema, Field Maps, and coordinated the audit, data collection, and documentation of all known fiber assets. Work included a review of as-builts and an inspection of the City's network.
