Going Beyond Your Comfort Zone 


Trying something new and stepping outside of your comfort zone is not always as easy and simple as it sounds. Humans are creatures of habit and we often become comfortable with our routines. Although trying something new can be intimidating, there are many benefits to this process! 


When you step outside of your comfort zone, you are forced to grow and through this, you may also be introduced to something new you enjoy. Additionally, trying new things is proven to improve confidence and can keep your mind active and learning. Through the Be Well At Work Wellness Programs, there are many opportunities to try something new. Whether you want to try out a yoga class, cook a new recipe, or even applying to become a Wellness Ambassador, there are many ways to continue learning and growing at UC Berkeley.
