Spring Update from Nikki's Tennis Crew
Hello My Favorite Crew,

I wanted to send out this mid-month update to ask about your spring break plans. I know everyone's spring break is all over the calendar this month. I would like to figure out who is available to attend class between March 25- April 14. There will NOT be class April 15-17. Please let me know your intention in attending class during this time and when we get enough sign ups, we will hold class. Our regular schedule will resume April 18th. Those who take private lessons, please confirm with me your lessons for the next few weeks as well!!

Please send me an email with the classes your child or you(adults below) will attend between 3/25-4/14. We need to have a minimum of three players to hold class. Plan on class unless you hear from me. Please text me to confirm if not sure. 818-438-2413

The new adult league will begin in April. Sign-ups are happening now! We will be hosting four teams. Ladies 3.0, Ladies 3.5 and Men’s 3.0, Men’s 3.5. Please contact me for any team questions you might have. Each match is comprised of three doubles and two singles matches. We need eight players each weekend. Please save the date Thursday April 7th 7:30 for our team bonding party. More details to come.
To sign up, you need your USTA number, our team number and a credit card. The sign-up fees are decided by the USTA. Our fees will be $15 per match. You will go to USTA.com Join a Team.

 I am in the process of organizing matches for the juniors with other clubs. As of now I have two matches scheduled, March 26 and April 9 set with Braemar Country Club from 3:30-5:00. If you want your child to be a part of the team, let me know.

There is also an opportunity for the kids 12-16 year old to play in a level seven tennis tournament sponsored by Braemar Country Club the weekend of April 2-3rd. Juniors who play in Junior Touring Pros should consider playing. Contact me if you have any questions.

I know summer is right around the corner. As of now, I am planning on a similar schedule as last summer. Monday through Friday Peanuts through Junior Clinic levels 9:00am-12:00pm and then Junior Touring Pro level 2:00-5:00pm. There will be one-hour classes for those who don’t want to do a camp type situation. I am waiting to hear what the center will allow us to do. As soon as they let me know what the game plan will be for the summer I will send out an email.
