The better you understand homebuyers, the more effectively you can market to them and serve their needs. These stats come from the 2021 Profile of Texas Homebuyers and Sellers, a Texas oversample of NAR’s nationwide homebuyer and seller survey. Responses are from buyers who purchased a primary residence between July 2020 and June 2021.

National Association of REALTORS® Celebrates
Women's History Month
Women make up 67% of all REALTORS®, with 37% licensed as brokers/broker associates, and 66% licensed as sales agents.

For 74% of women members, real estate is currently their only occupation.

Twenty-nine percent of women members have been active as a real estate professional for 16 years or more.

In a typical work week 47% of women members work 40 hours or more.

Seventy-two percent of women members volunteer in their community.
