Governor picks VOA as stop on Eastern Washington visit
Candid dialogue around funding structure, partnerships, average length of stay were all topics we discussed with Washington State Governor Jay Inslee.

Along with First Lady Trudi and other local elected officials, the Governor toured the new Hope House women's shelter and permanent supportive apartments for single men and women at the end of May.

It was a privilege to have him visit and listen to the opportunities and barriers we face as we strive to end the cycle of homelessness.
