Back to School Fair: DuPage County 

Catholic Charities’ DuPage County Back to School Fair helps prepare children from low-income households for a new school year by providing free school supplies! This year's event will take place as a drive-through in order to maintain safe social distancing. Registration is required! 

Please fill-out the following information very carefully. Be sure to complete information for each member of your household. You will receive confirmation of your application after you finish. You will also receive a ticket to bring to the event (which you can print or just show us on your phone) and a time frame to arrive. IMPORTANT: CLICK ON "ADD" AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM TO ADD EACH STUDENT IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD!!!
