IMPORTANT ANNOUCNEMENT FOR ABC LICENSEES
|

2021 - 2022 Renewal Fees Waived
|
ABC is offering fee waivers for eligible licensees. If eligible, licenses could have their 2021 and 2022 renewal fees completely waived. With the COVID-19 Renewal Fee Relief legislation, the Department is authorized to provide renewal fee waivers for two years to approximately 59,000 businesses heavily impacted by health and safety restrictions imposed in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

INSURANCE COVERAGE PROTECTED FOR 325,000 WILDFIRE SURVIVORS
|
|
|
Residential insurance coverage will be preserved for more than 325,000 policyholders who have been affected by devastating Northern California wildfires across 22 counties. This Order protects those living within the perimeter or adjoining ZIP Code of a declared wildfire disaster regardless of whether they suffered a loss, including the Dixie, Caldor, River, Tamarack, Antelope, McFarland, Monument, Fly, and Cache fires.

Hands4Hope - Youth Making a Difference is leading the effort to offer fire victims requested services as they apply for assistance through the El Dorado Community Foundation. Can you or your business donate your services or materials to help ease the burden of fire victims tragically impacted by the Caldor Fire?

The Caldor Fire Fund has been established to support the families impacted by this fire, and your entire donation will go to support those families. These are our friends, neighbors, and families. With your support, we can help to make a difference in the lives of those who need us now more than ever. All donations to the Caldor Fire Fund will be unrestricted.

The Food Bank of El Dorado County is assisting various Fire Evacuation Centers for those affected by the Caldor Fire.
Donations of water bottles, snacks, toiletries, juice, blankets, hotel vouchers and gift cards are currently accepted.

Assistance League® Sierra Foothills Helps Victims of the Caldor Fire!
We are reaching out to El Dorado Chamber members with a special plea. As you know the Caldor fire has negatively impacted hundreds of El Dorado County families. In situations like this you may want to help those impacted but aren’t sure where to go to help or how to make sure your donations are reaching the intended recipients.
Because our philanthropic mission is to help ensure that “essential needs are met in our community and families flourish” we established a special fundraiser to assist the families impacted by the Caldor fire. We ask you to consider contributing to this fund.
You may already be familiar with the work we do and that we are an established, trusted organization. You can be assured that your donation will reach the families in need due to this terrible fire. We are committed to executing the distribution of these funds quickly and 100% of donations received will go to victims of the fire.
