Free Vaccine Day at Red Stick Together
Get Your COVID Vaccine Shot TOMORROW!

Broadmoor United Methodist is hosting a free vaccination day in conjunction with Metro Councilman Cleve Dunn Jr and Mayor-President Sharon Weston-Broom THIS THURSDAY, May 27. Come by Red Stick Together located next to Hi Nabor Supermarket on Florida Blvd between 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. for your first COVID shot. No appointment necessary.

The Louisiana National Guard is administering the Pfizer vaccine for ages 12 and up. 12 to 17-year-olds must be with a guardian. Please bring an ID or driver’s license if you have one.

NOTE: Another vaccine day is being planned in three weeks so you can receive your second shot.
Last Sunday was Commitment Sunday when everyone was invited to turn in a Beauty From The Ashes commitment card during worship. Thank you to all who have made a commitment to restore our campus! If you weren't at church last weekend, you can find a commitment card in our worship spaces or Connection Café this Sunday. You can also give securely online at the link below. Please let a pastor or staff person know if you have any questions.
We also celebrated the capital campaign after church on Sunday at our Celebration Sunday luncheon. It was an amazing day with great weather, delicious food, and lots of fellowship! Special thanks to the Celebration Committee led by Mark and Freda Montgomery for organizing and planning the big event, Chef Steven Martinez for helping with the food and beverages, Bo Burkes for providing music, and Eddie Manes for setting up sound.
Office Closure

The church office will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day. We hope you have a great day with your family!
