Under the guidance of teachers, students engage with their WINN subject for 30 minutes each Tuesday-Friday for six week before moving on to their next WINN subject. The time will also be used to provide personalized math, reading, writing and/or social-emotional support for students as necessary.

The intention of WINN Time is to enable greater student voice and choice in their own schedule, expose students to a wider array of disciplines and experiences, increase student engagement and allow for greater intervention and enrichment opportunities.

Students have really enjoyed their first week of WINN, and I cannot wait to see where they are able to take these new, unique experiences. Check out these photos of students in Sign Language and Rockets & Space!
