Shalom Shul School parents!

If you received this email, that means you have successfully registered your child(ren) for Shir Chadash Shul School 2020! Woohoo! THANK YOU for joining us! We can't wait to get started.

On Friday, Rabbi Silver and I will be putting bags together for each student that contain all the books, materials, and special art supplies they'll need through the end of 2020. Please stop by the office any day next week to pick up your bag(s). The office is open from 9am-2pm M-F, plus I'll be there until 5pm on Wednesday and until 4:30pm on Friday. If you are unable to pick up your bag(s) before Friday 10/23 at 4:30pm, let me know and we'll arrange for a delivery.
The following lists contain items that will not be included in the bags, but your kids may need at some point. If there are any items listed below that you don't already have and would like us to supply for you, let me know and we'll take care of it! I will send an email out at least a couple of days before each class to let you know which, if any, materials/supplies need to be out and ready for use.

Thank you so very much for hanging in there with us, trusting us, and supporting us as we embark on this very unique start to Shul School. You are prioritizing your kids' Jewish education, and their connection to their peers and to their synagogue, at a time when everything is topsy-turvy and much more complicated than usual, and I commend you for that and thank you for it. Y'all are amazing parents and we are lucky to have you on board.

We will be relying heavily on parental feedback so we can have a sense of how things are going and if any changes need to be made. Please call, text, or email me if you have any questions, concerns, or thoughts on how we can make this year as positive and fulfilling as we can for your kids! My cell is (917) 386-5445 and my email address is educationdirector@shirchadash.org.

Thank you!
