Palmetto Bay Park's Walking Paths Get a Fresh New Look
At the end of 2022, the walking paths at Palmetto Bay Park were completely repaired and renovated by our contractor, VG Construction Solutions. The entire walkway along the east side of the park was rebuilt, and 950 feet of new pathway was installed along the west side of the park. Root barriers were also put in place to help prevent any future damage to the new trail system. These before-and-after photos show just how wonderfully improved the new paths are; come out for a stroll and see for yourself!

Palmetto Bay's Special Art Event Happens Tonight!
We hope you'll join us for a unique art experience as ArtSouth and the Village of Palmetto Bay present an exhibition of creative works from the Everglades Correctional Institute's Visual Arts Dormitory. Members of this one-of-a-kind program use art as a means for both therapy and self-expression, and their collective work reveals a fascinating look at the creative potential of one of society's often overlooked communities.
