"Connecting Leaders, Changing Lives" is what The Barnabas Group is all about. When we choose to connect as leaders, God uses those connections to do the amazing work of changing lives. Some of those lives may be in remote corners of the globe, but inevitably the changed lives also include the TBG partners who choose to connect.
SWOT team meetings provide a great opportunity for leaders to connect. A small group of TBG partners come together to address a strategic challenge being faced by a ministry. As a one-time commitment of just a couple of hours, this is an easy way to connect with others and allow God to use the gifts He's given you to benefit a Kingdom-building ministry.
