About Rich Shealey, Light Warrior

Rich Shealey is founder and Chief Servant of The Optimal Human Global Community, a community of evolved and evolving humans of all ethnicities who are committed to doing their part to end racism as an integral part of the human experience. Also, he is creator of HeartTransformed: Ending Racism, a learning system that helps people end their journey with racism, awaken to the fullness of their humanity, and live consciously beyond the constraints of race, racism, and white supremacy.

A retired C-Suite Executive, Rich was born in 1942 as an intuitive/empath. These contrasting experiences have been woven into a master problem solver over the years. Ordained to Pastoral Ministry, Rich believes the church has underserved humanity throughout its history through failing to fully grasp and understand that Christ's message was more about the consciousness of Christ than institutionalizing church rituals. Importantly, the Church played a major role in establishing and sustaining the false hypothesis or race, institutionalizing racism, and providing a credibility foundation for income inequality and white supremacy to be advanced.

Rich earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and MBA from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois. He currently resides in Chicago and is the father of two strong women and one male.

About Pathways To Peace

Pathways To Peace expands the understanding and expression of Peace, fosters Peacebuilders and Peacebuilding activities, and builds an integral movement for a Culture of Peace.

Pathways To Peace (PTP) is an international Peacebuilding, educational, and consulting organization. For over four decades, PTP has been actively making Peace a lived reality. PTP is an UN-designated Peace Messenger Organization and has Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). PTP works locally and globally, inter-generationally and multi-culturally, to support Peacebuilding, Peacebuilders, and to collaborate with other organizations in initiatives that advance the Culture of Peace Initiative (CPI).

Since its inception in 1981, PTP has worked with the UN to expand awareness of and engage in the International Day of Peace (Peace Day), which is held annually on September 21st.  Peace Day has grown from a single event of a few hundred people into a global movement that reaches hundreds of millions of people. Peace Day, as established by unanimous United Nations resolution in 1981, provides a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to Peace above all differences and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace.   http://internationaldayofpeace.org

We Want to Hear From You!

What nurtures and sustains you through difficult times?

A common thread that binds us is that all of us, to a greater or lesser degree, are experiencing a disruption in our daily lives. Perhaps we're dealing with loss, fear, grief, and so many other emotions that are normal responses to our abnormal experience. We would love to hear from you about how you are coping and surviving in these times. And, we'll share your responses so that others might find Peace, comfort, and even joy as we navigate these uncharted waters. How do you live in Peace during this crisis? What are some practices that keep you centered, nurtured, and hopeful? What inspires you? What brings you comfort? We will share as many of your responses as possible through the next newsletter and our social media.

Please email those responses to:

We look forward to hearing from you!

Quote of the Day

Peace can become a lens through which you see the world. Be it. Live it. Radiate it out. Peace is an inside job.             -Wayne Dyer
