The sun enters APRIL at 11 ARIES, a Cardinal Fire Sign. He is the first sign of the zodiac and his Symbol is the Ram. He is adventurous, courageous, pioneering and blunt. He has a "me first" attitude and proclaims, "I AM". Aries rules the head.  His color is red. He is a natural risk taker, fearless, assertive, and courageous. Aries are the bungee jumpers, pioneers and warriors of the zodiac. Aries wants to be first and the best. He is a great beginner, but not a great finisher. Aries are interested in themselves. They can RE-start over and over again.

Lady Gaga born March 28, 1986 is pop music's self-made (Aries) woman. Always ready to take on a new challenge. Lady Gaga went from singer-songwriter to record producer, businesswoman, fashion designer, philanthropist, and actress. Fearless on stage and in life.

Gloria Steinem, born March 25, 1934 was a free-lance journalist and the most noted feminist of her time. Steinem was smart, beautiful, brave and original. In 1963 she went undercover, worked as a Playboy Bunny and wrote an expose.
 
Thomas Jefferson born April 13, 1743. Jefferson came to the presidency not by political ambition, but because of his pioneering leadership. 

Leonardo da Vinci, born April 15, 1452, defined Renaissance art. He was an inventor, musician, painter and architect. His works include the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper

7. DETACH FROM THE MEDIA AND NEWS
8. USE THE ARIES "I AM" TO AFFIRM WHO YOU ARE OR WHO WANT TO BE  


MINDCONQUER FEAR LIKE AN ARIES

To get more control, use this exercise when you feel fear coming on: force yourself to be in the present by focusing on your five senses. Name the sights, sounds, smells, around you. Concentrating on your immediate surroundings will stop racing thoughts and put your feet back on solid ground....
