Congratulations!
The future looks bright! Every year, Hospitality Minnesota and the Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation award scholarships to students from across Minnesota. These scholarships are given to students who've grown up in the industry, through a family connection or first job, and to those who are pursing a career in the industry. Many of those have been active participants in the ProStart and Hospitality and Tourism Management Programs during high school.

During a time when so much in life is hard and the industry is being tested in unprecedented ways, it’s wonderful to begin imagining a brighter future. Please join us in wishing our 19 scholarship recipients all the best! Congratulations!
Resort and Campground Scholarships
Each year, a committee made up of resort and campground operators reviews and selects scholarship recipients that have some experience with a Minnesota resort or campground. Many are the children of operators, while others have spent their summers working at a resort or campground in their communities. Recipients of these awards are not required to pursue a degree in a hospitality-related field.

Education Foundation
The Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation provides supports, through community scholarships, to students pursuing post-secondary education for careers in foodservice, lodging, tourism and hospitality management. These community scholarships are funded through the generous support of Minnesota hospitality operators. The scholarship recipients plan for careers as restaurant owners and managers, chefs, caterers, bakers, hotel and resort general managers, event planners and many other roles.
