Damon DePaolo is the Director of Cyber Talent and Education Management at MassMutual. He is a 2020 graduate of COSC where he earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Information Systems Studies. He has worked in information technology for the past 21 years, doing everything from programming to project management to research and development, most recently spending the past few years in cyber security.

Damon values his COSC degree because it gives him the confidence [he needs] to feel qualified to take on new roles.  Outside of work, Damon is a volunteer as a Board Trustee for the Connecticut River Conservancy, and an Assistant Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 3.
