American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Spending Plan Approval Informational Webinar

The Department is excited to announce that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Colorado's Joint Budget Committee both approved the Department's ARPA HCBS Spending Plan on Tuesday, Sept. 21st. The Department has crafted an ARPA Spending Plan that will provide both short-term immediate relief to our members, their families, and our providers, while also investing in innovation to improve the system for the future. We appreciate your collaboration throughout this process and are eager to get to work on these projects in partnership with all of our stakeholders. To provide further details about our implementation plan we will be dedicating our webinars on Oct. 14 to the topic. We will also be extending each webinar by 30 minutes to ensure there is ample time for questions and discussion. Please watch for additional information in the coming days and weeks as we begin to roll out details about our plan.
