Monthly calls feature Linda Couch, Vice President of Housing Policy and Juliana Bilowich, Director, Housing Operations and Policy at LeadingAge National. There is no cost to participate and the calls will be held monthly to give members the opportunity to receive important updates and engage on HUD issues. HUD releases “light touch” MOR memo –HUD has now publicly shared an internal memo from June 23nd to restart Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) at HUD-assisted properties. Effective May 22nd, HUD lifted the suspension on MORs in locations where there are no health restrictions by state or local law. The memo is available here.
