Announcements & Upcoming events
The Habitat for Humanity Faith Build will begin August 11, 2021. Holy Cross needs to raise $5000 for this build. We are seeking 100 donations of $50.
You may select one or more "squares" to fill the house.
Masks are now OPTIONAL for VACCINATED people.
The Bishop has updated some of the Covid guidelines and we are sharing them with you.

If you are FULLY VACCINATED it is now your choice if you want to wear a mask indoors.
If you are not vaccinated you must still wear a mask and refrain from singing. Remember it is not our job to make assumptions if someone is wearing a mask. Some people who are vaccinated still feel most comfortable in a mask. Let's continue to love thy neighbor with no judgement.

8am COFFEE HOUR IS BACK!! The Coffee time before the 8am service is allowed to start up again. Let Jennifer know if you need anything for this.

There are no more capacity restrictions. As long as people can keep the recommended safe distance of 3 feet we will can fill the pews.

There is still time to jump in on the Latino Lunch if any of this news changes your decision about joining us for worship this Sunday!
In-person children's ministries are restarting! Nursery reopens on June 13. Children's chapel (4+) resumes June 20. Chapel participants will gather at 10:15 Sundays; leaders will return children to the sanctuary at or around the peace. Advanced registration is encouraged: bit.ly/hckids2021.

The person who created a majority of our prayer shawls recently retired. New stitchers, both knit and crochet, are needed to create both prayer shawls and prayer cloths for those experiencing a health or other pastoral crisis. If you aren't sure where to start, patterns are available. These detailed, lovingly assembled works are treasured by each recipient. If you are interested in participating in this meaningful ministry, please let me know. I'm hoping to find several volunteers who are able to commit to making two to four shawls or cloths over the course of the year.
Many Thanks,
Rev. Erin+
