Oregon's Paid Family Medical Leave
Model Notice-Poster is Now Available
Oregon’s Paid Family Medical Leave Model Notice-Poster is now available for employers to download and post for employees. Employers are required to 1) post the model notice poster at each work site; and 2) provide the model notice poster to remote employees by no later than January 1, 2023. The model notice poster is available in 11 languages and must be provided in the language that employers use to regularly communicate with employees. The Employment Department website also provides other helpful resources for businesses and employees to help navigate the requirements for making deductions from paychecks in January 2023 and the use of benefits starting in September 2023.
