#5: Uploading Photos To Your Project
Dear Yearbook Advisor, 

As we navigate through our new normal of virtual learning and living at a distance, we understand our schools are facing many new challenges. Entourage is committed to making your yearbook process as simple and easy as possible with the use of new resources and technology!

Gathering all of your photos and uploading them may seem like a lot of work, but we have made it easier than ever.

In this hint you will learn the different ways to upload your photos and how to create photo categories. You can also use our parent portal LINK to allow parents, students, and teachers to upload photos to your yearbook project!

We have seen thousands of our schools switch to virtual and hybrid learning schedules to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), but rest assured that Entourage will be keeping our doors open and is here to support your school.

Introducing our newest feature: Book Builder!
To access book builder, open a page in the designer and go to the Settings tab on the top toolbar
Book Builder allows you to apply whole book templates to your pages quickly and easily

Our book builder offers 8 unique themes that our design specialists came up with specifically for yearbook design. Once installed you can move pages and edit templates to your liking.


Upload photos from Manage > Manage Photos
1. Upload Photos by using the green "Upload New Photos" button. Choose photos on your computer or drag them right into the photo uploader and you can quickly upload them to your photo categories.

2. Email Photos by clicking on the blue "Email Photos" button to see the dedicated email address for your different categories. You can then email the photos directly to the category you choose with the corresponding email address. 

3. Import Previous Years Photos If you are trying to get photos from last year into your new  yearbook project - we've got you covered! Go to Manage Photos and click on the  yellow "Import Previous Years Photos" button to copy categories from previous projects to   your current yearbook project.

4. Import Photos from Facebook and Instagram with the two buttons on the right, you can  access your albums and posts for more photos.

5. Import Photos from a Google Drive or Drop Box with the two buttons farthest to the right, you can access photos from a drop box or google drive account.

6. Set Up LINK by going to Manage Link under the Manage tab on the top toolbar. Check off the box that allows users to upload and be sure to click "Confirm Link Changes". You can edit your photo categories and lock the ones you do not want users to upload into.    Direct parents and teachers to link.entourageyearbooks.com once set up. 

7. Use the Entourage LINK Mobile App available for iPhone and Android to easily upload the photos from your phone to your yearbook. Download the App Here!
