Put your own team together (minimum 8 players) or sign up as an individual or small group and we will put you on a team. Each session will begin with 30 minutes of training on a specific skill with former US Olympian and Indoor National Team assistant coach Ahmed Elmaghraby and his staff......then you'll be ready use your new skills in the league game!!
