CA WELCOME CENTER = VOTE CENTER |

Your Vote Counts: The El Dorado County Registrar of Voters has placed an official Ballot Drop box inside the California Welcome Center, 2085 Vine Street, Ste. 105, which is adjacent to our Chamber inside El Dorado Hills Town Center. Our Welcome Center will become an official Vote Center with staffing on October 31st through November 3/Election Day. There will be safe, social distancing guidelines in place.

FREE PPE Supplies: El Dorado County businesses and nonprofits with 25 or fewer employees may receive FREE face masks (50 per box) and hand sanitizers (16.9 oz) per employee/staff.

HARASSMENT TRAINING: We have partnered with the California Chamber of Commerce to bring you required California Harassment Prevention Training. Under the new law, SB 778, all employees, supervisory and non-supervisory, must be trained by January 1, 2021.
BUSINESS LICENSING: Remember to keep your business license current, whether you are home-based, remote, or in-person.

What: Morning Mixer with safety guidelines and social distancing in place
When: Wednesday, October 28th, 7:30 - 9:00 AM
Why: We have received requests for in-person networking, and arranged an opportunity for a morning mixer with ample space and distancing to safely meet CDC guidelines. RSVP is required and attendance is limited, so we can follow social distancing guidelines at this in-person, outside event.

Why: Come join us for our Member Orientation to learn more about how we are a tremendous resource for you, as well as the opportunities that await your business or organization! PPE supplies will be provided. If interested in joining us online, a Zoom link will be sent after registering.

Why: You are invited to join our Chamber for a lunch meeting with vital insight into cyber-security by keynote speaker, Josh Holloway from 7th Dimension LLC. RSVP is required and attendance is limited, so that we can follow CDC guidelines at this in-person meeting. Grab n' go lunch will be available upon exiting with veggie option when registering. PPE supplies will be provided.
