Weekly School Newsletter

Mission:
United by faith and service,
St. Anthony of Padua School community forms knowledgeable students who are moral and courageous Catholic leaders.
From Mrs. Pudelko:

  • Registration packets went home with students on Friday, January 14, 2021. The activities fee is built into tuition for the upcoming year and will cover the same costs as it did last year. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please do not hesitate to reach out to the office. We are waiting on information from the Diocese of Grand Rapids for Round 1 and Round 2 of Bishop's scholarships and will send out financial aid letters as soon as that information is available to us.

  • Report cards will be published tomorrow after 3:00 pm. There will be a sign up link that is included in the email for Parent Teacher Conferences, which will be the evening of February 11 and during the day on February 12 (both a virtual and in-person option will be available.) Students will have a virtual day of learning with work posted on Canvas on February 12. This is a change from our original calendar, but with continued concern of the spread of COVID and need to ensure proper time to sanitize classrooms, our Board of Education approved the adjustment for February conferences.

  • HEALTH DEPARTMENT TOOLKIT: The Health Department continues to update the School Toolkit. All parents are encouraged to review these updates here.

Follow the Leader!

Although the warmer fall weather has long faded away, you and your child can stay active and get moving indoors! Try acting out a story that you and your child have read together. Create an obstacle course to get your child moving and have a fun time indoors. Or move the activity outdoors with sledding, skating, building a snow person or even shoveling snow. Winter is also a great time to cook soup with your child.
