Everyone is eager to talk about wellness when it means bubble baths and meditation apps. But supporting mental health —especially when it’s inconvenient — is something we need to do better, whether on the Olympic stage or in the workplace.
After more than a year of stress and fear, it will be important for schools to strengthen their counseling support systems and educate teachers to recognize the signs of mental challenges in their students.
