Glenda has been in the title industry for 5 years, previously at Cascade Title. Glenda believes that her ability to multitask while paying attention to detail combined with her strong communication skills are the keys to success.

We are please to welcome Melissa Peterson, Escrow Assistant, to our team of experts at Cowlitz County Title. Melissa works with REALTORS, lenders, buyers and sellers to close transactions accurately and on time. She has 20 years in banking/finance. Melissa believes that great companies are built in the office through hard work put in by a team.
Melissa has local roots graduating from Mark Morris high school. She enjoys being with family and friends and traveling around to see new waterfalls. Melissa’s favorite local restaurants are Hop N Grape and anywhere with good street tacos. Melissa’s favorite places to go on vacation are Disneyland and Las Vegas. Filling
3 cups wild blackberries
1 cup granulated sugar
Lemon juice from 1 lemon or equivalent from lemon juice bottle
1 tsp vanilla
Crust
1.5 cups flour
3 tbs granulated sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
8 tbs cold butter
.5 cup sour cream
In a large bowl, stir filling ingredients together, and then pour into a lightly greased 10 inch cast iron skillet. Top with cobbler crust by placing pieces all over the top until covered. Bake in a pellet BBQ at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling out around the edges. Enjoy blackberry cobbler alone, with .25 cup of real cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
