MOUNT HOPE KIDS ADVENTURE | May 28th, 2021
Many of you may have already received an e-mail from the pastoral team earlier this week regarding some of the changes happening at Mount Hope this weekend. As you may be aware, many of the Massachusetts COVID-19 protocols are being lifted this Saturday, May 29th. If you didn't receive the communication earlier, below are some resources that can help you and your family understand what things will look like at Mount Hope this coming Sunday

First, if you didn't see it already, take a moment to watch the reopening announcement video from Pastor Rick and Pastor Brian.

Next, we invite you to visit our website. It's been updated with answers to some frequently asked questions on our reopening plans. This page includes details about Kid's Adventure programs, what classes are open and available, as well as important details about masks and social distancing.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Because we are no longer requiring pre-registration, we will now be checking your children into Kids Adventure using iPads at the check-in tables. This might be new for some of you. When you arrive, we will have volunteers available to assist you.
BURLINGTON
All families will check in at the table across from the adult bathrooms. (When you walk through the front door, take a left. There will no longer be a separate preschool check-in area.)
BELMONT
All families will check in at the back of the sanctuary at the Connect Center.

Please understand that this is the first time we are using this process in over a year, so we ask that you be patient as we all become accustomed to this procedure once again.

MOBILE PASS

If you want to help expedite the check-in process, watch this video to learn more about the planning center mobile pass. We will be emailing mobile pass invitations over the next few days. If you're interested, follow the instructions in the email and check-in will go much quicker for you and your family!

JOIN THE MHKA TEAM
You probably noticed while reading through the Frequently Asked Questions that not all age groups will have a classroom available for them this Sunday. We are slowly rebuilidng our MHKA volunteer teams. If you would like to serve, and want to be part of this exciting rebuild and relaunch, please email Donna Favini in Burlington or Melissa D'Agostino in Belmont to see how you can be part of this awesome team!
ADVENTURE BAGS
We understand that having your children sitting in service with you isn't always an ideal situation. We look forward to when we'll be able to offer classes for all age groups in the coming months! In the meantime, if your child does not have a class available for them, or you're choosing to attend service as a family, please feel to grab an adventure bag at the door! These bags have activities to help keep your children engaged during the service!
