Dear Parents and Guardians of St. John’s Students:
Later today, you will be receiving a list of all protocols that will be in place for our return to in-person instruction on our campus, including staggered drop-off and pick-up times. Our anticipated date for in-person learning is Wednesday, January 20. Online learning will continue next week January 11 through January 15.
The purpose of this message is to introduce our Parent Affirmation Form. This document must be signed and submitted by all parents/guardians in order for students to return to school. Please keep a copy of the document at hand so that you may refer to the list of questions EVERY MORNING BEFORE BRINGING/SENDING YOUR CHILD(REN) TO SCHOOL.
Below are the directions to submit the form online. You may also print, sign, and drop off the forms at the school’s office or in the 24-hour drop box.
Please turn in the form before Wednesday, January 13, so that your child(ren) may be cleared to attend school when we open.
