Let Us Worship Together
Join us for a Facebook Live Worship experience this Sunday (see below) at 10am or watch it later.

It’s autumn. We just crossed over into that time. The days are milder… the overnight and mornings are way cooler.

We will hear the passage from Ecclesiastes that echoes … There is a season for everything.

Take a walk through the church seasons with us and remember that God operates in time quite differently than we do.

This service will be interactive throughout. We want to hear from you, so please be present in the FB chat and/or via text (314-330-0629) during the live service. [If you tune in later, it will still be meaningful and memorable!]

Tell someone about our Sunday worship services and Mid~Week Meditations of the last six months and help them find us on our YouTube Channel or on Facebook.
Livestream worship on designated Sundays. Look under videos for previous livestreamed services.

Every year we send our college students a little Halloween treat to let them know we are thinking about them. We are asking for Halloween candy to send to them. Families with masks and social distance will meet superheroes telling their stories and will receive candy as if trick or treating, So, we are asking for candy at this event as well. Thank You Notes
Dear PUCC Family,
Please accept my sincere gratitude for your kindness and compassion during my mother’s (Ellen Surber) illness and her recent passing. As you may be aware, my mother had Alzheimer’s and resided at a skilled care facility near my home for the last ten years. Initially, she was able to attend PUCC services with me on Sundays and she loved the people and the music. The members at PUCC welcomed her with open arms, and when she was no longer able to attend services, so many of you visited and sent kind notes and cards. I always read them to her and kept them in her room. During her last weeks and upon her passing, your kind notes and emails were of great comfort to me. Pastor Kevin generously provided videos of beautiful flowers at PUCC along with comforting scripture that I could share with my mother. I am so grateful to be a part of PUCC.

Kind Regards,
Lisa Davidson and Family

4. "When a thoughtless or unkind word is spoken, best tune out."
5. "Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you."
6. "You can't have it all, all at once."
7. "I'm a very strong believer in listening and learning from others."

12. "Reading is the key that opens doors to many good things in life. Reading shaped my dreams, and more reading helped me make my dreams come true."
13. "Don't be distracted by emotions like anger, envy, resentment. These just zap energy and waste time."

15. "If you have a caring life partner, you help the other person when that person needs it. I had a life partner who thought my work was as important as his, and I think that made all the difference for me."

Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Saturday October 24

The St. Louis Walk to End Alzheimer's is happening on October 24th. Small walks will be all over the city, in neighborhoods, on sidewalks or trails with family and friends. People within the PUCC community are currently affected, so it has a special meaning this year. All of us are raising funds for one goal, a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia. Because this disease isn't waiting, neither can we. Please visit the Parkway Team website: https://act.alz.org/site/TR/Walk2020/MO-GreaterMissouri?team_id=619694&pg=team&fr_id=13574
