COVID-19 Update

As of August 19, County of Orange is below all of the State's data monitoring thresholds. After three consecutive days, the County of Orange was removed from the County Monitoring List as of August 23

On August 3, 2020, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) issued guidance regarding the school waiver process to be considered for in-person re-opening. Guidance documents can be found here.
Fall Recreation Classes Are Just Around the Corner
Fall classes are just around the corner for Fountain Valley. The classes will be starting on September 9. Online Registration begins August 26 at 1 p.m.
Related Companies of California Upcoming Affordable Housing Project

The City is proud to announce that, after much effort, the necessary tax incentives have been awarded by the State and the detailed building, grading, and landscape plans have been submitted for an affordable housing project at 16790 Harbor Boulevard, which is located in the northeast corner of the City. This is an important technical step prior to construction, which is anticipated to begin in December 2020.

Playground Equipment Improvement Project at Cordata Park

The City of Fountain Valley (City) has scheduled a Playground Equipment Improvement Project at Cordata Park to replace the existing playground equipment with a modern playground system. Construction started on Monday, August 24, 2020, and is expected to be completed by the last week of September 2020.

2020-2021 Coupon Book Fundraising Opportunity

Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce is NOW seeking local non-profits to help sell & distribute the 2020-2021 coupon book publication. Earn up to $5/book for your organization when you sell more than 100 books. Otherwise it will be $4/book that you sell.
