Government Relations Update - Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021

On Feb. 10, 2022, Congress passed the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021 to bar pre-dispute arbitration agreements of claims alleging sexual assault or sexual harassment. The bill now goes to the President for his signature. He is expected to sign the bill into law.

Four Ways Members Support ARAWC

2. Encourage your clients to get the QCARE designation. Service providers can serve as an authorized representative to get the QCARE designation for their clients.
