Dear friends near and far,

As summer winds down, we are letting the warmth of the sunshine and time with family and friends settle in. And we're setting our sights on new ideas and projects for the coming year.

We have exciting news to share about our next NESH course, slated to launch in February 2022. For the first time in our history, it will will consist of 120-130 hours of on-demand viewing via the NESH Student Portal alongside 20-30 hours of Live Zoom class. Click here for more details and help spread the word!

We’re also offering virtual clinical class opportunities for our NESH alum this autumn. We hope to learn together soon! We miss seeing you!

Many of us have been seeing long haul COVID patients for some time now and are gaining further understanding of how natural medicine approaches, including homeopathy, help. Read the piece below for more thoughts on treating long haul COVID.

We know that providers across disciplines are feeling the pressure and stress of caring for people these days, as our patients/clients are also feeling the strain of the ongoing pandemic and so many other far-reaching local and worldwide challenges. With unrelenting stress, it’s hard to bounce back. Patience, compassion, and energy can run thin. Be especially kind to yourself, take time to do other things you love, get outside more, and try to have some fun! All work, even work we love, is probably not the best route to feeling peaceful or enjoying your health.

Sending love and healing wishes for a sweet fall.
