The response to our appeal for food was HUGE!

We asked via social media for donations for our pantry shelves. Our Facebook post was shared 77 times and over 15K people were reached. We started receiving food within hours of our post and many people responded that they would be coming in soon to drop off!

We thank all who stepped up, all who were moved to help our patients, and all who are the definition of what community means.

Paul Leech of The Cottage, Sam's Club, and Georgio's Pizzeria, all from Crystal Lake, each donated in unique and significant ways! Big thanks to them too.

Lastly, the power of social media is great when used for good! Thank you to all who shared our Facebook post.
Over 2000 Covid-19 vaccines have been administered to our patients and members of the community at the clinic.

The clinics have been made possible by partnering with the McHenry County Health Department and Osco Pharmacy and YOUR SUPPORT.
We have been together for 2 years!!!!!!

Yes, in 2019 we acquired The Pink Door Thrift Shop from what was formerly Centegra Health System. The legacy of the Pink Door stretched back 39 years of proceeds going to the hospital system. Our partnership with them was a natural fit and the clinic has benefitted tremendously from the sales at the store with proceeds going directly to patient care.

The Pink Door volunteers are a dedicated and hard working group of ladies (and we cannot forget Steve) who make the whole operation run independent of the clinic staff. They do such a great job and it shows in all the details and in the highest grossing month ever just this year!

If you have not been to the Pink Door we encourage you to stop in and browse around. The volunteers made this video to entice you to visit! And, you can follow The Pink Door on facebook, click here.

The Care4 Breast Cancer 5k Run/Walk is back for 2021! It will be a hybrid event offering both an on-site race at Woodstock North High School and a virtual (do-it-on-your-own) option!

There will be strong considerations given to holding a responsible event even with the country being in an 'OPEN' status with regard to Covid-19. The health and safety of everyone is our priority therefore there will be some changes but the event will continue to be enjoyable, rewarding, and fun for all!

Please check out the Care4 website and more information will follow.

First-time sponsors are discounted and we need more businesses to join us with their support! Please contact Cathy Patenaude for more information cpatenaude@hpclinic.org
