We are thrilled to announce that Alexandra Khazzam, Director at Hines, will be our final judge for this year's Development Challenge!
Alexandra acts as Project Manager for 64-86 Bathurst Street, a multi-family led mixed-use development in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood, T3 Sterling Road, a 3-building timber office campus in Toronto’s Junction Triangle neighbourhood and 141 Bay, the 2nd tower of the 3.0m square foot CIBC Square complex.
Previously, Alex was Director, Investments, for Dream Asset Management, where she was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions for Dream's Canadian REIT entities, specifically overseeing the disposition of over $1B of Dream Office REIT's Private Market assets. Prior to Dream, Alex was an Associate Vice President at Brookfield Financial, where she was involved in over $3B of investment sales transactions across all asset classes. She was also part of the launch of the company's private equity placement platform through the successful fund raise of over $200M for a Canadian Landlord and Asset Manager.
Alex holds a Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD.
