Upcoming Promotions - Save the Date!

ALERT: New Street Parking Lot Paving
In early April, the Borough will commence paving the New Street Parking Lot. Once the date of the paving is finalized we will notify you. The Parking Authority will move from meters to a kiosk parking system once the paving is completed. Businesses will be open and customers are encouraged to find alternate parking either on street, the Pearl Street Parking Deck, or elsewhere.

  • Bowery Art Collective, to support and inspire emerging student artists by providing a much-needed showcase for young people's talents. They will open at 327 Main Street on March 23, 2022, for an opening reception from 6:30-830pm.
  • Soul Bowls, one of the first places to be 100% vegan and raw, offering açaí, pitaya, banana and coconut bowls. They will open at 50 Pearl Street.
  • OM Pharmacy, small start-up pharmacy, 63 Pearl Street.
  • Banfield Pet Hospital, affordable, high-quality petcare for cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies, 349 Lake Ave, Suite 125.
  • Cinnaholic, vegan bakery with cinnamon rolls and choice of toppings, 33 New St.
  • Suite Metuchen, an upscale event space to accommodation weddings, parties, pop-up-shops, sweet sixteens and everything in between, opening at 406 Main St.
  • Rita's Italian Ice, sells mainly Italian ice, frozen custard, and specialty creations, opening at 640 Middlesex Ave.
  • The Hair Loft, a locally owned, eco-conscious salon, moving from 403 Main Street to 476 Main Street.
  • Namkeen Hot Chicken + Waffles, is a Pakistani twist to Nashville hot chicken. They will open a new restaurant at 410 Main Street.
