The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Consumer Protection Division (CPD). The CPD is responsible for regulating the fair trade in goods and services between customers and businesses when the purchases are for personal, household or family use. This includes market regulation, sector-specific business and salesperson licensing, complaint investigation, education initiatives, and enforcement action. The division also supports the Film Classification Office and oversees the Funeral and Cremation Services Council.

The role also provides strategic advice to the LSO’s Senior Management Team and drives the importance and role of people in long term planning.
