Social Concerns Announcement:

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, JULY 3rd and 4th WORSHIP SERVICES will include a “Blessing of the First Fruits” litany as we open our SUMMER GARDEN MARKET.

However, this year our Garden Market produce will be donated.

First Lutheran gardeners will be donating vegetables to be given to families who receive food assistance through FLC.

FLC gardeners are asked to bring their donated vegetables to the church on Tuesdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Signs will be in place directing the donors as to where in the Fellowship Hall the vegetables should be placed. Because of this change, gardeners are encouraged to stick with the basic vegetables or fruits which they have grown.

Thank you in advance to ALL of our generous FLC gardeners!

Singing in Worship

Singing in Worship indoors resumes July 3rd and 4th . People who desire to sing hymns and songs during worship experiences will be able to resume that practice beginning in July. Masks may worn for COVID-19 safety precautions. Please remember that many of our children are not vaccinated at this time, and to be respectful of their safety as well. Hymnals and or the worship screens are available to aid in singing. We will continue to work on increasing our ministry opportunities as time goes by. Please get vaccinated for the health of your neighbor, if you have not already. Thank you for keeping us as safe as possible during this time.
