The Disaster Artist (R)

Based on the semi-autobiographical book by actor Greg Sestero, the movie tells the incredible true story of the making of The Room, considered to be one of the worst films of all time and now a cult classic. The strange and absurd personality that is Tommy Wiseau is captured masterfully by James Franco whose performance earned him a Golden Globe for the role. Franco's younger brother, Dave Franco, plays the role of Greg Sestero whose friendship with Wiseau is one of the central themes and one which continues to this day. For fans of The Room this is a must-see (also check out the audiobook!)
